(More customer reviews)From the beginning the picture quality was poor, but since my granddaughter is only 3 and not complaining about it, I thought we would just keep it, but after less than 2 months the dvd player stopped working.Since it has a one year warranty, I contacted Favi, and was told that it would cost, "$60.00 plus $15 for return shipping. The $60.00 fee would cover diagnosis, repair, testing and repackaging."Some warranty!!!! I couldn't believe that I would have to pay them to "diagnose" the problem!I can diagnose it, I think that it is a hunk of junk, is why it does not work. Before typing this review, I read a review from another customer who had the same issue and she was sent a replacement. I'm guessing this is becoming too common of an occurrence for them to continue sending out replacements to everyone who has had this issue.Besides the obvious reasons to be disappointed in the outcome of this situation, the remote is so confusing.I have used many remotes over the years and most are simple and easily figured out, but everyone that encounters this one has commented on how confusing it is.I paid around $350. for this product and it is now junk!Live and learn ---- I would never have had this problem at Wal-Mart!One last warning, the pink shown in the picture is not what you get, it is more of a fuchsia and a little too bright, so much so that it is distracting.

Which Size HDTV is Right for My Room?
With standard-definition TVs, the rule used to be that viewers would feel comfortable watching a set from a distance of 3 to 6 times the screen size in inches. With HDTV, the resolution is so much better that you can sit closer to a larger TV without noticing the pixels. So with HDTVs, the rule tends to be you can sit anywhere from 1.5 to 3 times the screen size (in inches) for the best experience.
If you know the size of the room you have already, where you want to sit, and where your new HDTV should go once you get it, you can figure out the size HDTV you should get.
Minimum size = Viewing distance/3
Maximum size=Viewing distance/1.5
