(More customer reviews)I purchaced this television from a large bulk supplier with initials as their name. I was told it was a very reliable panel and they said they never had a return on this item. So I skipped the 3 year warrenty! Big mistake! The panel developed large black burnout spots that continue to grow and spread across my screen. This happenned after only 17 months of viewing. I called Vizio and at first the Cust. Svs. lady thought I had the warranty, and proceeded to tell me to take a picture of the damage on the panel and mail it in, for their tech. people to examine. A decision would be made as to honoring the warranty later! When I told her that I didn't have the warranty, she referred me to a tech. supervisor who refused to help except to offer me another T.V. at a "discounted" price. (Discounted price was more than I had paid for the original.) Vizio could care less about customer satisfaction! Don't buy Vizio products!!!
