Sadly, all LCD manufacturers hide a dirty little secret.My TV came with a dead pixel.J&R won't ship me a new one unless Zenith authorizes them.I called Zenith.Zenith said I had to have 3 dead pixels or more for them to consider it defective.This dead pixel policy has been around since LCD technology first came into being.I could understand it in the early 90s, but the industry has had enough time to improve their fabrication process.They are ripping the customer off.
This TV would easily get 5 stars if it didn't come with a dead pixel.Buyer beware!!!!
